About The Position
The Advanced Practice Provider in Student Health Services plays a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of the student population. The APP provides accessible, high-quality, and culturally competent healthcare to students, supporting their academic success and personal development. This position focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions, health education, and collaboration with campus partners to foster a healthy campus environment.
Requirements
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Nursing or Physican Assistant Studies
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care and or student health
Nice To Haves
- At least 2 years of experience in college health, family medicine, or urgent care.
- Ability to work effectively with all (diverse) populations.
- Commitment to student-centered care and health equity.
- Proficiency in EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
