About The Position
Revere Medical is seeking an experienced Primary Care Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our established Primary Care team in Ashland City, TN. This role involves providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, conducting physical exams, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, promoting health education, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, managing chronic conditions, collaborating with specialists, and maintaining accurate medical records. The position emphasizes a collaborative environment, innovation, and patient-centered care, supported by technology like Navina, Ambience, and eClinicalWorks.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program; current certification and licensure
- At least one year of APP experience, preferably in primary care
- Strong clinical skills, collaborative mindset, and proficiency with EMR systems
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population
