About The Position

Corewell Health Headache Medicine offers an excellent full-time opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider. This role involves coordination of care, follow-up visits, and patient monitoring, along with procedures in an onsite infusion center. You will work with a multidisciplinary group that includes a Nurse Navigator and Pharmacy Technician. The schedule is 4 - 10-hour shifts with a potential to work one day from home. This is an all-outpatient role with no nights, no weekends, and no call.

Requirements

• Required Master's Degree
• Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master’s, post-master’s or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Current, relevant clinical experience
• Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner
• LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) - State of Michigan
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)
• CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)
• Required Master's Degree
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
• LIC-Physician Assistant - State of Michigan
• CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)
• CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)
• CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
