About The Position

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) — either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) — to join our Wound Care team in Toledo, OH. This role offers a Monday – Friday day shift schedule with no weekends, holidays, or call obligations. The APP will provide treatment in both inpatient and ambulatory settings and will be part of a team of 11 APPs with a very structured onboarding and training process. In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up across Wound Care services. Working independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Requirements

Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.
Master’s degree for Physician Assistant applicants.
Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
Certificate of Authority to practice.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
