About The Position

This is a full-time position for an Advanced Practice Provider specializing in Urology. The role involves delivering high-quality urologic care to a diverse patient population in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The provider will evaluate and manage common urologic conditions, partnering with a collaborative team of physicians and other APPs to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. This position offers opportunities to expand access to specialty care across the community, primarily in Chambersburg and Greencastle, with potential collaboration at other regional sites. The role includes mentorship and progressive skill development, with possibilities for performing procedures and participating in pre- and post-operative patient management. The provider will independently manage patient visits while contributing to a team-focused culture dedicated to exceptional outcomes and service.

Requirements

Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
1 year Required Work Experience
Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required
Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required
Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required
Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality urologic care to a diverse patient population, evaluating and managing common urologic conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
Partner with a collaborative team of five physicians and four APPs to provide coordinated, patient-centered care across the continuum.
Expand access to specialty care throughout the community by caring for patients primarily in Chambersburg and Greencastle, with opportunities to collaborate across additional regional sites (Waynesboro and Gettysburg).
Build clinical expertise through mentorship and progressive skill development, including potential opportunities to eventually perform procedures and participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient management.
Support a growing urology practice by independently managing patient visits while contributing to a team-focused culture dedicated to exceptional outcomes and service.
