Under the supervision of a licensed Physician, performs a variety of duties to encompass, but not limited to, the care and management of orthopedic patients. Works in a collaborative team environment that supports the academic mission to train orthopedic residents. Provides inpatient and emergency department consults, pre and post-operative management of patients, assistance with procedures, wound care, and other patient care duties. All essential functions performed in this position reflect the age specific needs of the patient.
