This position is for an Advanced Practice Provider specializing in Breast Surgery within UW Health. Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in the State of Illinois.
- Active PA board certification (NCCPA-C).
- Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
- Hospital Only: Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
Nice To Haves
- Surgical experience preferred.
- Interest or prior exposure to breast surgery, oncology, or women’s health is highly valued.
