About The Position
Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Pulmonary Hypertension team at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves practicing in the Pulmonary Hypertension clinic and inpatient hospital rounding. The position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. The provider will work alongside the Pulmonary Hypertension team, with 4-10 hour shifts weekly, including in-office and virtual home visits. Hours may vary based on patient volume and needs.
Requirements
- Experience practicing as a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required.
- Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, and planning skills
- Must be hard working, proactive, and dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
- Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
Nice To Haves
- Pulmonary Hypertension, Heart Failure, or Palliative Care Experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
