About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant that specializes in Pain Management and Anesthesiology to join our team and meet the growing demands in the Lafayette, Indiana area. This position will be based at FPN Neurosurgery & Pain Specialists in Lafayette, IN. We provide a team-oriented, family-like culture that empowers you to focus on your passion for patient care. Requirements

• Master's Degree Required
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) – Required - or Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification – Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Required

• Provide initial pain assessments of new patients
• Perform follow up appointments and reassessments
• Interventional pain management
• Lumbar Epidural Injection
• Caudal Epidural Injection
• Cervical Epidural
• Selective Nerve Root Block
