Requirements

Active Michigan PA or FNP license.
Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies.
Strong clinical knowledge and patient assessment skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics preferred.
Experience working in high-volume or multi-specialty clinic settings.
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient outcomes.
Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with clinical guidelines and physician collaboration.
Ensure continuity of care through proper follow-up and patient management.
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests including: Laboratory testing, EKGs, X-rays.
Perform clinical procedures such as: Suturing, Wound care, Injections, Immunizations, Minor in-office treatments.
Counsel patients and families on wellness, disease prevention, family planning, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.
Provide education on treatment plans, medications, and preventive healthcare practices.
Promote patient engagement and long-term health management.
Collaborate with medical assistants, technicians, and support staff to maintain efficient clinic operations.
Support a positive, patient-focused clinical environment.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation within electronic medical record systems.
