About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who specializes in general Otolaryngology/ENT to join us at FPN Lafayette Otolaryngology Associates located in Lafayette, IN. Lafayette Otolaryngology Associates specializes in comprehensive medical and surgical treatment of ear, nose and throat disorders, head and neck tumors, facial trauma, and facial plastic surgery. Provider will be joining a well-established, busy practice with three experienced physicians as well as a great support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. The candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. The provider will need to work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Manage their own patient panel
• Work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care
