The Cooper Bone & Joint Institute is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Orthopaedic Access team. This role serves as the entry point for patients with new musculoskeletal concerns, providing timely evaluation and treatment while ensuring patients receive the right care from the right specialist. The Access APP functions similarly to orthopaedic urgent care, evaluating patients with acute injuries as well as urgent exacerbations of chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary orthopaedic team, the APP will perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret diagnostic testing, develop treatment plans, provide procedures within scope of practice, and coordinate referrals to the appropriate subspecialty service when indicated. This position offers a fast-paced clinical environment with exposure to the full spectrum of orthopaedic subspecialties while playing a key role in improving patient access and ensuring timely, high-quality musculoskeletal care.
