At La Clinica's Birch Grove Health Center, we are dedicated to providing integrated primary care for patients with substance use disorders and/or severe and persistent mental illness. Our approach is grounded in a harm reduction philosophy, focused on meeting patients where they are and supporting them on their journey to successful daily living. We operate as a highly collaborative, integrated care team, featuring on-site partnerships with addiction recovery and behavioral health specialists. Our team also maintains strong working relationships with local hospitals and the community justice system to provide comprehensive, wrap-around care. Through our case management services, we empower patients with the tools and support they need to achieve their personal goals.

Requirements

Graduated from an accredited school with board certification or board eligibility.
English language fluency.
Active Oregon license.
CPR certification.
Active DEA license.

Nice To Haves

Experience with low-income children and families.
Experience in migrant and community health.
Spanish language proficiency.
Experience treating Substance Use Disorders.
Experience treating Severe and Persistent Mental Illness.
Experience giving Gender Affirming Care.

Responsibilities
