About The Position

As an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA), youll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced urgent care setting

Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) (unrestricted license)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (urgent care strongly preferred)
• Strong clinical decision-making and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills

Nice To Haves

• Urgent care, ER, or fast-paced outpatient experience
• Ability to balance efficiency with high-quality, compassionate care
• Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to support clinic operations

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across a variety of acute conditions
• Perform focused physical exams and order/interpreting diagnostics
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans with support from collaborating physicians as needed
• Prescribe medications and administer treatments (including injections/immunizations)
• Provide patient education on treatment plans, prevention, and overall wellness
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality outcomes
