The Department of Plastic Surgery is seeking an APRN or PA to support the General Plastics team. This full-time opportunity includes a mix of outpatient clinic, first assist in the OR and occasional hospital rounding responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing surgical patients. Experience with minor procedures such as VAC dressing changes, suturing, drain management, I&D, and complex wound care is highly preferred. Familiarity with Epic is a plus. Schedule: Monday–Friday. No nights, weekends, or holidays. Nationally certified Advanced Practice Provider who provides primary and/or specialty care in a variety of healthcare settings. Functions in collaboration with the health care team in accordance with certification and licensure. Practice emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic health problems. Responsible for dissemination of knowledge through instructing, leading and developing educational programs.
