Cleveland Clinic Indian River has a full-time Medical Spine outpatient opportunity for an APRN (Family or Adult Certified) or PA to act as an independent clinician collaborating with other APP’s and MDs. You will run an independent practice managing and treating patients with a variety of spinal conditions. Primary Responsibilities: • Assessing acute and chronic spine concerns as well post-spinal interventional procedure patients in order to diagnose, initiate, and execute treatment plans for patients with spinal pathology • Exercise autonomy in medical decision making while working in collaboration with staff physicians and various members of health care team • Counsel and educate medical spine patients Full-Time M-F: 8-hour shifts. Schedule: 36 clinical hours with 4 hours admin per week. No call, weekends, or holidays If you are an energetic person with excellent clinical care skills and a working knowledge of spinal disorders, you are strongly encouraged to apply. Spine experience is preferred, but newly licensed with interest/rotation (willing to train spine naïve) are welcome to apply. Functions in collaboration with the health care team in accordance with certification and licensure. Responsible for dissemination of knowledge through instructing, leading and developing educational programs.
