About The Position

Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) – Hematology/Oncology Charleston, SC (with travel to Mount Pleasant) Charleston Oncology, a leader in cutting-edge cancer care across the Lowcountry, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our growing hematology/oncology team. Requirements

  • Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with all members of the care team, including MAs, nurses, and other APPs.
  • Comfort caring for both inpatient and outpatient populations
  • Proficiency in EMR workload management and patient in-baskets.
  • Flexibility to practice at multiple Charleston-area locations
  • Proven history of prioritizing patient satisfaction

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of hematology/oncology experience ( 5+ years preferred )
  • Experience as a primary caregiver for cellular therapy patients (BMT & CAR-T).
  • Proficiency with EPIC EMR

Responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology care.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cancer and blood disorders.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Manage EMR workload and patient in-baskets within EPIC .
  • Deliver compassionate care with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and quality outcomes
