Cleveland Clinic’s Taussig Cancer Institute is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the outpatient Hematology team at our Main Campus. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work within one of the nation’s leading cancer programs, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals with complex hematologic conditions. The Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and support staff to evaluate, manage, and coordinate care for patients in the outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, managing therapy-related symptoms, providing patient and family education, and coordinating follow-up care to ensure optimal outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential as the APP plays a key role in supporting continuity of care for patients throughout their treatment journey. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., totaling 40 hours per week, with no weekend or holiday requirements.
