About The Position

The Advanced Practice Provider will provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in a clinic setting. They will complete patient histories and physicals, determine tentative diagnoses and order appropriate laboratory tests, and counsel patients and families on health and disease. Participation in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes is expected. The role requires a flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations, and the performance of other duties as assigned.

• State Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in a clinic setting.
