About The Position
Cooper University Health Care is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Nurse) for our Inpatient Neurosurgical Service at Inspira Neurosciences in Mullica Hill and Vineland, NJ. The Advanced Practice Provider will manage neurosurgical patients as part of the neurosurgery inpatient service and serve as first assist in the OR. The provider should be comfortable with independently reviewing imaging.
Requirements
- Master's Physician Assistant or Acute Nurse Practitioner with RNFA
- Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Nurse board certification
- New Jersey - Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse/ Advance Practice Nurse license
- 2 years of experience preferred
- Experience in neurosurgery, neurology, surgery and/or ICU backgrounds will be considered
Responsibilities
- Manage neurosurgical patients as part of the neurosurgery inpatient service
- Serve as first assist in the OR
- Independently review imaging
