We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and resilient Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our nationally recognized Neonatal Intensive Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Team. Requirements

Minimum of a master’s degree specifically in a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program (for Nurse Practitioners).
Current NNP Certification is required (for Nurse Practitioners).
Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant program (for Physician Assistants).
Current PA-C Certification is required (for Physician Assistants).
Washington State Licensure (ARNP or PA-C).
DEA Registration for the State of Washington.
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification.
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support): Required within 6 months of hire for those rotating through our Level IV NICU.

Responsibilities

Assume direct responsibility for the management of neonates with complex acute and chronic medical conditions across our regional network.
Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
Manage critically ill neonates across varying levels of acuity.
Perform advanced, life-saving procedures.
Monitor patient progress and evaluate outcomes to ensure the highest quality of care.
Practice within a unique tiered NICU system spanning six institutions across the Pacific Northwest.
Partner closely with neonatologists, fellows, nursing teams, respiratory therapists, and subspecialty providers.
Contribute to seamless, patient-centered care across Level II, III, and IV NICUs.
Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
Contribute to education and mentorship opportunities.
Help shape best practices and innovations in neonatal care.
