Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our dynamic team of over 900 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) at MSK, where you’ll make a meaningful impact in delivering exceptional cancer care! We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Interventional Radiology APP Team in a multifaceted role. Perform procedures independently with moderate sedation and IR clinic visits. As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff, play a critical role in patient education, and contribute to exciting process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in ultrasound-guided procedures, strong critical thinking skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited NP or PA program
  • NCCPA certification or National NP Certification
  • Active NYS license or be qualified for State license
  • BLS & ACLS certification
  • Strong decision-making abilities, with a track record of making timely and effective decisions that drive the organization forward.
  • Skilled in navigating complex environments, capable of working with and making sense of contradictory or unclear information.
  • Expert in planning and prioritization, ensuring work is aligned with organizational goals and commitments are met.
  • Persuasive and influential, able to gain support and commitment by engaging others around your ideas and priorities.
  • Adaptable and flexible, adjusting your approach and demeanor to meet the evolving needs and demands of any situation.

Nice To Haves

  • Procedural or Ultrasound experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years NP/PA experience preferred
