About The Position

Intermountain Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for their Internal Medicine department at the Bountiful Clinic in Bountiful, Utah. Intermountain Health is an integrated, not-for-profit health system serving the Intermountain West, known for its leadership in transforming healthcare through high quality and sustainable costs. The position involves 40 patient-facing hours per week, spread across 4 days.

Requirements

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Nice To Haves

• One (1) or more years of experience preferred.
• Master’s degree.
• Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
