Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Provider Full-time at Bountiful Clinic - Intermountain Health in Bountiful, UT. Requirements

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Nice To Haves

• One (1) or more years of experience preferred.
• Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.

Responsibilities

• Provide care within the scope of practice for an Advanced Practice Provider in Internal Medicine.
