About The Position
The St. George Cardiovascular Heart Failure Program is comprised of 2 Heart Failure Cardiologists and 2 APPs. As an Advanced Practice Provider for this team, you would work 1 week in clinic and 1 week in the hospital. This is an outpatient and inpatient position working at our Heart Failure cardiology clinic and hospital in St. George, UT. You would work in the clinic 4 ten hour day shifts Mon-Fri with your day off being determined by the department. There is no call or weekends with this position.
Requirements
- Must have or be eligible for a current and unrestricted NP or PA Utah License
- APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
- AANP or NCCPA certification
- BLS and ACLS certification, and DEA
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner, preferably in Cardiology
