About The Position

Intermountain is viewed as a leader in transforming healthcare through high quality and sustainable costs. You will practice at Nature Park Clinic (0.75 FTE ) and North Decatur Clinic (0.25 FTE).

Requirements

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
