About The Position
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to meet the growing demand for general surgery services at Franciscan Health Munster. The provider will primarily support and assist with hospital rounding at Franciscan Health Munster and Franciscan Health Dyer locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in past or present hospital rounding, a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, and display exceptional interpersonal skills. The provider will need to work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
Requirements
- Master's Degree
- Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association

Responsibilities
- Support and assist with hospital rounding at Franciscan Health Munster and Franciscan Health Dyer locations.
- Work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
- Perform minor procedures including suture and drain care, and wound care.
