Advanced Practice Providers - FNP/PA - Outpatient Primary Care in Belfast, Maine
About The Position
Penobscot Community Health Care (PCHC) is seeking a Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join their coastal location in Belfast, Maine, known as Seaport Community Health Care. This role is ideal for individuals whose goals align with PCHC’s Mission of service to everyone regardless of life circumstance and who are energized by innovation and collaboration within an integrated medical home environment. The position is planned for in-person, full-time employment, 40 hours per week, with 34 patient contact hours. The work schedule may be split between four or five days per week, based on provider preference. PCHC offers an integrated medical home model and practices team-based care.
