Advanced Practice Provider - Family Medicine
About The Position
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our location at FPN Carmel Family Medicine located in Carmel, IN. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be joining an established, busy practice with two physicians who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work life balance. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. The candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. The APP will need to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients
Responsibilities
- 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours administrative time
- Work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
