About The Position

Deliver high-quality cardiovascular care to adult patients across both outpatient and inpatient settings. Partner with a collaborative team of experienced cardiologists and advanced practice providers to develop individualized treatment plans. Manage and evaluate patients with a wide range of general cardiology conditions, helping improve heart health throughout the community. Build meaningful patient relationships through education, prevention, and ongoing cardiovascular disease management. Contribute to a growing, team-oriented cardiology program serving communities across Franklin and Cumberland counties.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
  • 1 year Required Work Experience
  • Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required
  • Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
  • BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required
  • Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required
  • Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
