The stated range includes base salary from both the UW Physicians practice plan and the University. Only University-provided compensation is included in University benefit determinations and calculations; practice-plan compensation may qualify for separate benefits. This is a regular position with a 100% FTE and first-shift designation. Applicants must submit a curriculum vitae, a cover letter addressed to Leah Yoke, PA-C, and references via Interfolio.
