About The Position
This role is for an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN) or Physician Assistant in the Emergency Room. The position requires a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and successful completion of advanced practitioner training and certification from an approved program. The individual must be eligible for professional liability insurance at all times and hold a current, unrestricted license to practice as an APRN or PA-C in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are also required.
Requirements
- MSN required
- Successful completion of advanced practitioner training and certification as a practitioner from an approved nurse practitioner or physician assistant program.
- Eligible at all times to be insured for professional liability
- Current unrestricted license to practice as an APRN or PA-C in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
- BLS and PALS Certifications
