About The Position
Summit Health is seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or a Physician Assistant (PA) to work collaboratively with our Pulmonary Department. As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate with our Nephrologists to provide patient care within the local dialysis centers, and also function as the liaison between patients, staff, and physicians. This role is within a collaborative, dynamic, physician-led practice environment focused on integrated, multidisciplinary, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Licensed Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Current New Jersey State Advanced Practice License/ Physician Assistant License
- 2+ years of experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Nephrologists to provide patient care within local dialysis centers.
- Function as the liaison between patients, staff, and physicians.
