As the Advanced Practice Coordinator - Oncology and Cellular Therapies, you will collaborate with top professionals in the field and play a key role in shaping the future of advanced practice within our program. Key responsibilities of the Advanced Practice Coordinator - Oncology and Cellular Therapies include (but are not limited to): 60% clinical, 40% administrative responsibilities Direct supervision and support for Advanced Practice Providers in our Blood and Bone Marrow Transplant oncology and cellular therapy program (BMTU) Develop and maintain educational initiatives for Advanced Practice Providers Coordinate ongoing professional development opportunities for APPs Ensure appropriate staffing and coverage for day-to-day operations Collaborate regularly with executive leadership to align goals and priorities Lead and contribute to quality improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with all FACT requirements, accreditation standards, and proper documentation for advanced practice providers Join us in this leadership role and make a lasting impact in the field of oncology and cellular therapies.
