Join our dedicated team and “Care. No matter what.†The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) will function in an expanded role as the primary provider of medical services. The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) works to assess the gynecological and family planning needs of patients including ordering, interpreting, and recording results of clinical tests. Prescribes medications and makes recommendations for other forms of treatment, including birth control.

Requirements

  • Master's degree and certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) in specialty area based on RN licensure and state authority for advanced practice.
  • Familiar with advanced concepts, practices and procedures within chosen field of expertise.
  • Must have or be eligible for licensure and DEA in Oklahoma.
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems
  • Ability to recognize, understand, accept and appreciate the value of workplace diversity; respect the practices, values, and points of view of other individuals and groups.
  • Be able to communicate with a diverse group of staff from various professional backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate flexibility with unexpected priority changes and maintain composure under stress.
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Travel to all parts of the facility and throughout the service delivery area.

  • $7,500 Sign On Bonus
  • Annual Paid Time Off: Vacation - 112.5 hours, Sick Leave - 48 hours, Holidays - 105 hours which includes a full holiday week in December
  • Parental Leave: After 12 months of full-time employment, employees are eligible for paid parental leave which is 100% base salary for 6 weeks.
