About The Position
Provides primary care to patients as allowed by the Nurse Practice Act. Practices within scope of practice as delineated by education and training. APN is responsible and accountable for patient care.
Requirements
- Advanced Nurse Practitioner certification
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current DEA registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in primary care or family medicine
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
