About The Position

The Advanced Nuclear SMR Projects Executive coordinates and oversees successful execution of the BWRX-300 program. The role bridges Product Management, Engineering, Project Delivery, Supply Chain Development, and Sourcing, serving as the overarching decision-maker for tradeoffs, resources, and execution decisions. It leads cross-functional efforts to launch the BWRX-300 platform, which is described as a new, complex, urgent, and still somewhat undefined program involving multiple stakeholders and partners. The position reports to the GEH Advanced Nuclear Business Line Leader and works across the teams contributing to the BWRX-300. It also interfaces with construction and AE partners and with customers at the mid-executive level. The role establishes consistent program practices and oversees project execution, risk analysis, estimates, supply chain development, and partner assessments. For U.S.-based candidates, the stated pay range is $232,000–$319,000, with discretionary annual bonus eligibility. Relocation assistance is provided. The role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information; applicable final offers are contingent on obtaining required government authorization. GE Vernova will employ only candidates legally authorized to work in the United States, and offers are conditioned on successful completion of a drug screen where applicable.
