About The Position
We're looking for an Advanced Master Mechanic with deep expertise in European automotive systems to join our specialized repair shop in San Antonio. This isn't a high-volume flat-rate grind — it's a place where your knowledge of European engineering is genuinely valued, and the team you work with takes real pride in every vehicle that rolls through the door.
Requirements
- ASE Master Technician certification (required)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience specializing in European makes
- Proficiency with European OEM diagnostic software and tooling
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Own a complete, professional-grade tool set
Nice To Haves
- L1 Advanced Engine Performance a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on European vehicles
- Perform advanced diagnostics using OEM-level scan tools (ISTA, XENTRY, ODIS, and others)
- Carry out major engine, transmission, and drivetrain work with precision
- Mentor junior and mid-level technicians with patience and know-how
- Communicate clearly with service advisors to document findings and repair plans
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe — always
