About The Position

This position will be responsible for manufacturing medical devices using various manufacturing and packaging equipment. The role involves working in a laboratory or cleanroom ISO Class 8 environment, requiring adherence to strict protocols including the use of masks, smocks, gloves, and shoe covers. The technician will read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. They will follow written specifications and manufacturing instructions to assemble biological medical devices, evaluate product assembly against company quality standards, and complete work at acceptable production rates. Packing medical devices, supporting R&D and manufacturing tasks, and adhering to company policies, procedures, and documentation requests are also key aspects of the role. The position emphasizes courtesy, sensitivity, and respect in all interactions.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Good hand coordination
Willingness to work with chemicals
Good attention to detail
Able to use small tools, microscopes and tabletop equipment
Able to lift up to 40lbs
Fluent in English

Nice To Haves

Medical device experience is preferable but willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities
