Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent and up to 2 year of relevant experience Or, Associate degree preferred with Up to 1 year of relevant experience
4 year science degree with no experience
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is required
Works independently with minimal supervision on routine tasks
Ability to support and help others in the team
Knowledge of work performed by the department and learning how to perform multiple functions within the department
Flexibility to work on multiple tasks with increased effectiveness
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must work well both independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

Perform complex manufacturing processes and procedures to produce high-quality products.
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and instruments.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues.
Participate in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and research and development, to ensure that production targets are met.
Ensure that all manufacturing processes are conducted in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of manufacturing processes and product specifications.
Train and mentor junior manufacturing technicians.
Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
