About The Position
The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering - Principal Engineer is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in advanced manufacturing processes for Engines & Power Systems products / programs / Turbomachinery / Power Generation. As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Principal, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced manufacturing strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. With your extensive knowledge and experience, you will contribute to the advancement of our manufacturing capabilities and help us maintain our position as a global technology leader. You will report directly to our Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and you’ll work out of our Phoenix AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will make an impact with your technical expertise in advanced manufacturing processes will drive innovation and continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations. By developing and implementing advanced manufacturing strategies and leading cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the advancement of our manufacturing capabilities. Your ability to drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies will help us stay at the forefront of the industry and maintain our position as a global technology leader.
