Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Electrical and or Mechanical Engineer
• 6+ years’ of manufacturing engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Aerospace electronics experience and have an understanding of Defense products for both OEM and aftermarket
• Experience with data analysis tools and manufacturing software to identify process improvements and implement corrective actions
• Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

• Master’s degree or higher in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing manufacturing projects
