About The Position

The ISC Engineering mirror team is seeking a Process Engineer with experience with test equipment and data analysis. Responsibilities include providing test and manufacturing support for sub-components in the mirror area, performing yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends, and drive yield improvements. The role utilizes CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices, investigates and resolves technical issues, and facilitates issue identification and analysis. Additionally, the engineer will develop improvements in product design and manufacturing/assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions, assist in new product development, and support knowledge transfer for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow. The position also involves facilitating a self-driven workforce culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals, and testing products & software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Systems, or Software
  • 2+ years experience or Advanced degree in Engineering discipline
