The role involves teaching courses such as Basic Electrical Circuits, Circuit Analysis I & II, Programmable Logic Controllers I & II, Industrial Automation, and Robotics. The position requires teaching 30 credit hours per academic year, maintaining office hours, participating in professional development and college events, and fostering positive working relationships. The faculty member will demonstrate a willingness to use contemporary educational techniques and technology, maintain discipline-specific skills, and utilize course materials effectively. Responsibilities also include providing prompt assessment records, maintaining professionalism, organizing advisory committee meetings, supporting student participation in competitions like SkillsUSA, and completing required reports. Other duties may be assigned by department leadership.
