About The Position

The Advanced Maintenance Technician is a highly skilled, multi-craft technician who leads complex diagnostics, repairs, and reliability work across production equipment and mechanical systems. You’ll troubleshoot problems at the electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and PLC level; drive equipment reliability improvements; mentor Maintenance Technicians and apprentices; and partner with Engineering to launch, modify, and refurbish equipment. Advanced Maintenance Technicians are the direct on-ramp to the Maintenance Technician Lead role. This is where a strong technician becomes the person who solves the problem no one else can. Advanced Maintenance Technicians read the machine, read the data, and read the room—restoring equipment quickly when the line is down and helping it stay running through better preventive maintenance, better standards, and stronger teammates. At Panasonic Energy, Advanced Maintenance Technicians are the reliability leaders on the floor.
