Advanced Lube Technician
About The Position
We had to use this title to get you to this job post, because Shop Secret Sauce and Vehicle Romancer aren’t listed as options! Yes, you read that right! Lube tech’s have never been appreciated in this industry and we plan on making you and your team the heart & soul of the shop! You love cars so much that you give every car that comes into the shop a name and treat it like a person, because ultimately, that vehicle is the customer. Because of this, your documentation, inspections, photos, videos, cleanliness and extra touches are done at such a high level that the car owners are wowed! You love knowing that your team cares more about wowing the customer with the Valley's best customer service than hitting a revenue goal. 5-star reviews are what should be celebrated and your team knows that profits follow great service.
