In this role, you will play a key role as part of a multidisciplinary team within the Inertial Sensor Assembly Calibration (ISACal) group, contributing to essential projects that drive the future of aerospace navigation, inertial sensing and hardware systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
Experience in Test Engineering role, in aerospace, related or electrical engineering industries.
Background in hardware, electronics or electrical systems.
U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Hardware, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Understanding of software and hardware integration in testing environments.
Experience in calibration procedures for Inertial Sensor Assemblies or similar systems is of value.
Knowledge of test stations and calibration software applications.
Proficient in MATLAB for data analysis and software development
Experience with Thermal Rate Tables and Test Stations.
Familiarity with additional programming languages and software tools including Python, C++, and Arduino.

Responsibilities

Support and manage calibration activities for the Inertial Sensor Assembly to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Develop, maintain, and improve test stations and calibration software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support hardware and software integration throughout the calibration process.
Write and execute software scripts to automate calibration and testing processes.
Document calibration procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
Train test technicians and maintain/create Test Instructions.
