About The Position

We are seeking a Technical SEO Engineer / SEO Developer to improve the performance, crawlability, and indexing of our web ecosystem. This role combines modern web development with technical SEO, focusing on large-scale websites, rendering architecture, and Core Web Vitals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in front-end development, full-stack development, technical SEO engineering, or a similar role.
3–5+ years in web development or technical SEO engineering.
Strong experience with React and/or Next.js, including SSR and SSG.
Proven experience improving Core Web Vitals and website performance.
Strong knowledge of crawlability, indexation, rendering, schema/JSON-LD, canonicalization, robots directives, and hreflang.
Experience with Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and browser developer tools.
Experience with Node.js, Python automation, log file analysis, Botify/Lumar, and Cloudflare Workers.
Mid to Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and tools.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) workflows and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
Basic understanding of JavaScript for troubleshooting or interacting with simple components.
Familiarity with virtual event platforms (Goldcast) or other marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize web experiences using React, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Configure and troubleshoot Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) to ensure pages are properly crawled and indexed.
Improve Core Web Vitals, especially LCP, INP, and CLS.
Implement and maintain structured data, canonical tags, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, hreflang, redirects, and other technical SEO requirements.
Resolve crawling, indexing, rendering, and duplicate-content issues across large-scale websites.
Work with engineering, marketing, content, and design teams to deliver high-quality, search-optimized experiences.
