About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Advanced Esthetician to join their fast-paced team. They offer whole body and localized Cryotherapy, IV services, Hyperbaric therapy, and a variety of blood testing and diagnostic services. Their locations are fun, social, and transparent, moving away from the traditional doctor's office model to lead in wellness and recovery. This role provides a positive environment where clients are proactively addressing their health and wellness needs, and estheticians can have fun while helping people in a meaningful way. The clients tend to be active, fun, and healthy, and the company works with top health and wellness organizations and local influencers.

Requirements

Licensed as an advanced esthetician in the State of Nevada.
Two years of experience as an Advanced Esthetician setting.
Experience with and a high comfort level using a computer to document.
Demonstrated ability to successfully work with a diverse community and provide services from a non-judgmental perspective.
Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Advanced Esthetician License (Required)
Esthetics: 3 years (Required)
Customer service: 3 years (Required)

Responsibilities

Perform Cryoskin and any other esthetic and body services as they are added to our menu.
Developing a client base and meeting or exceeding appointment goals
Booking, confirming, rescheduling and canceling appointments
Keep accurate records of each client's session
Cleaning and maintaining esthetic equipment and treatment areas.
Managing and ordering retail sales and purchases for doTerra.
Completing thorough consultations for Cryoskin and esthetic treatments.
Selling esthetic services to members and new customers
Cross-selling complementary services available at Restore.
Ordering supplies for esthetic treatments.
Maintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products that we can offer clients to support and enhance their service
Educate clients on the other Restore modalities
Assisting in other store operations: greeting customers, answering phones, retailing out through POS, providing customer tours, selling services, operating equipment, light cleaning, etc. when not with clients.
