About The Position

The candidate will be a member of a multi-site K&S team that develops and sustains semiconductor assembly equipment. The successful incumbent will be responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for Semiconductor Equipment, or other hardware systems and/or electrical engineering applications. In addition, the candidate will determine design approaches and parameters. Analyze equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results. Select components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability. May also review vendor capability to support product development.

Requirements

• Experience in designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for Semiconductor Equipment, or other hardware systems and/or electrical engineering applications.
• Ability to determine design approaches and parameters.
• Experience in analyzing equipment to establish operating data.
• Experience in conducting experimental tests and evaluating results.
• Ability to select components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability.
• Experience reviewing vendor capability to support product development.
